There is no moment in the Langhe (Piedmont), in which the culinary tradition doesn't find way to marry the culture. It also happens to Mango, where the event “Beppe Fenoglio...le colline raccontano” devoted to one of the greatest Italian writers of the postwar period, it is literally "seasoned" of enogastronomic diversions.
