There is no moment in the Langhe (Piedmont), in which the culinary tradition doesn't find way to marry the culture. It also happens to Mango, where the event “Beppe Fenoglio...le colline raccontano” devoted to one of the greatest Italian writers of the postwar period, it is literally "seasoned" of enogastronomic diversions. Magnificent places, those that surround Mango, and the same country is a small jewel of seventeenth-century architecture. Many years ago was created on the Hills of the Moscato a literary park devoted to Fenoglio, articulated by his novels. The same run is proposed in new and dynamics form with a romantic walk in the alleys of Mango and in some panoramic points. Every walk concludes in the castle of Mango, with one “merenda sinoira" that it helps to rediscover the most authentic tastes of the tradition. In program are anticipated numerous convivial moments, that go from the tasting of typical dishes to courses to learn to prepare that same dishes, handed down for centuries of mother in daughter.
