Every Friday evening, the village of Calosso hosts the summer event dedicated to good Piedmontese cuisine and the wines of its winemakers. A series of Apericena that are the result of collaboration between the Association of producers of Calosso and the restaurant "Il Duca Bianco" by Vito Nolè, a well-known and respected chef in the area.

The food and wine offer, launched in mid-July at the restaurant, on the splendid and fresh panoramic terrace that guarantees an incomparable glimpse of the UNESCO hills, hosts two producers from the association who present their selections every Friday evening, starting at 8 pm of cellar combined with traditional dishes, especially rich appetizers and first courses.
