On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May, the twenty-second edition of the “Sagra degli In” will be held in Cossano Belbo, organized by the Municipality and Pro loco to present, along the streets and squares of the town, the artisan gastronomy of excellence.

The program of the festival has been extended: it starts on Saturday, at 6.30 pm, with the "Incantesimi di sapori" and the participation of Gabriele Bonci and Sergio Barzetti, who will prepare pizzas with the flour of the Marino mill, risottos and enkirotti with the products of the territory. From 19.30 you can also enjoy a delicious itinerant dinner with traditional Langhe dishes, enlivened by the musical groups "La cricca" "dij mes-cià", "The Cif" and "Nakhash".

Sunday will be characterized by itinerant lunch and dinner in the In inns, by the show of the storytellers of the Magog cultural association and the drummers of the Siege of Canelli, as well as by the original “patin race”, by the Vespe della Piaggio wine tourism gathering and from the music of "Astor Novas" and "Lou Tente and the Cameltoes". Moreover, at 12.30, Gabriele Bonci will return to cook the pork shoulder in a bread crust. For children there will be an interactive Lego workshop and a circus and street comedy show with the company of the Ochner brothers. At 21.30, the event will end with the traditional fireworks show in music.

Two days dedicated to food and wine, local tradition, culture, hospitality, ecology and the big party Entrance to all events is free, but to enjoy the food and wine proposals you will have to spend the sagrinis to change at the cash desks.
