To Castagnole delle lanze the truffle is celebrated through the event "Vintrifula" anticipated for Saturday 7 and Sunday November 8 th. In the day of Saturday the local restaurants will propose typical menu and base dishes of truffle and in the afternoon there will be a "appetizer of welcome" to the new manager of the Bottega del vino. Sunday 8 November, from 10 am in the historical center gastronomic stand and street food with base truffle's dishes, market of craftsmanship and local products, music and street games and finally the tenth edition of the "Party of the Scarecrows."
