On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th May, the 21st edition of the "Sagra degli In" takes place in Cossano Belbo: ​​two days dedicated to food and wine and craftsmanship that primarily aim at enhancing typical local products, offering a rich and varied program where tastings stand out of traditional dishes and local wines. In the evening of Saturday 19 May opens the path of the "traveling dinner" in the streets of the historic center; with "Spells of flavors" will feature the pizza of Gabriele Bonci at Mulino Marino, and also Mister Alloro Sergio Barzetti with his risotto. The evening ends with the pyrotechnic show in music.

Sunday, May 20, the food and wine route is again proposed for lunch, always enlivened by popular music; Sergio Barzetti and Gabriele Bonci will still be protagonists: the latter will prepare the "pork shoulder in pizza crust"; then the "corsa dei patin", the falconry show and much more. Admission to the event is free and you will have to spend the SAGRIN (1 sagrin corresponds to Euro 1) available at the cash desks, to taste the specialties and the excellent wines.
