To Castagnole delle Lanze Monday 31 August will develop the 156 edition of the historical Fiera della Nocciola that celebrated the hazelnut of the territory. The appointment is important for a long time for the the quotations of this fruit. At the 9.30 opens the fair with exposure of agricultural cars and various commodities, the tastings of products to base of hazelnuts and the "Giro della nocciola intorno al mondo". At the 10 "La nocciola...si transforma": interesting debate moderated by the journalist Paolo Monticone that faces the theme of the transformation of the product, the use of the fruit in cosmetic field and, naturally, in the recipes of the kitchen. At the 11.45 am the awarding of the contests for the greatest quantity and for the quality of the hazelnuts, the recognitions for the photographic contest "Flowers to catinelle" and finally the proclamation of the official price of the hazelnuts 2015. The event will continue up to late evening with different appointment.
