Renews the appointment with the traditional Fair of the “Cubiot” of Santo Stefano Belbo. The demonstration, that entertains to her own inside the regional Fair of the Truffle for the tenth consecutive year, will take place during the whole day of Sunday 6 December. For the whole day the fierce historian will bring in the streets and squares of the village, a typical market, ancient tastes, show of the agricultural cars, enogastronomic stand and other animations. From 10 am 10 the Pro Loco of Santo Stefano Belbo will distribute “friciule” and “caldarroste”. Besides, among the benches and for the streets can be cheered us with the nice figure of the “bacialè”, character of Langa tradition that was usual to make hoarding of coats thanks his abilities of loving mediator among the young people of the territory.

For this edition of the  fair will again be it foresees the stand from the pupils of the Comprehensive institute of Santo Stefano Belbo that  will distribute the biscuits "Cesarini." The Fair of the Truffle will begin at 10 am after the inauguration with the "Filarmonica sanstefanese", with the presentation and exposure of the  truffles in  the town Building. At 11 am the best pieces of the famous "Tuber" and at 12 am will be rewarded.
