Until October 16 at Palazzo Mazzetti in Asti you can visit the exhibition "90 anni di bollicine", an exhibition of images that tell the communication of Asti Spumante and Moscato d'Asti throughout history. The ninety years are those of the Consortium for the Protection of these products, founded in Asti in 1932, of which the many and different promotional choices are told first through posters and then through television: from the images of the early twentieth century to last of the advertising campaigns entrusted to Alessandro Borghese. But not only the Consortium, the exhibition also includes the various artistic documents created by the big names in communication for the well-known sparkling wine houses that have identified the production area over time, such as the "Moscato Spumante" poster designed by Saccaggi for Gancia even in 1896, and considered the first in Italy in the wine sector.
A section of the exhibition is also dedicated to recipes based on Asti and Moscato d'Asti created by Alessandro Borghese, the local chefs and the barman Giorgio Facchinetti. The exhibition at Palazzo Mazzetti, curated by Pier Ottavio Daniele with Giancarlo Ferraris, Andrea Triberti, Massimo Branda, Luca Percivalle, Zeta Solution and Designstudio25, can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm and is free to enter.
