The program of the Regional Truffle Fair and the San Martin di Canelli Fair begins on Friday 19 November with the planting of mycorized lime trees, and will then develop throughout the day of Sunday 21 November with various proposals and events. In addition to the eagerly awaited stalls that will liven up the streets of the centre, there will be guided tours of the city, the preparation of traditional dishes by the Pro Loco, the concert of the musical band, the White Truffle Exhibition-Competition and the Trifulau gathering and parade. with their dogs, a wine tasting table paired with desserts from Canella pastry shops. The Association of Moscato Municipalities will also be present at this Canella event, on Sunday from 10 am in the Salone Riccadonna in Corso Libertà n° 25, with a promotional action supported by new communication material, together with the wine producers of the Sorì Eroici who will propose their labels.
