Returns Sunday 10 May the annual appointment with  "La Sagra del polentone"" of Cassinasco village. The country of the Langa's territory celebrates this dish of country tradition: in the great copper pot about ten quintals of "polenta" cooked for the joy of tourists, curious and greedy. This dish is accompanied by sausage, omelet and wines of the local producers. Musical shows, visits in the ancient churches and the tower will enrich this important event.
