From Friday 6 to Sunday, April 8, the great spring event "Ortogiardinovino & Dispensa" returns to the Motta hamlet of Costigliole d'Asti, a real invitation to leave the house and experience the new spring between the notes of nature and food and wine. The event offers Friday, at 19, the opening of exhibitions and culinary specialties of the Food & Wine Stand at the Ferretti sports field: in particular, you can taste the great Piedmont Fritto Misto (book by April 5 at telephone numbers 331.3873243 - 334.9091320, from 12 noon to 3 pm and in the evening after 7 pm); on the same evening of Friday, the dancing evening with Omar Codazzi Band. Saturday, April 7th, the showcase will be open from 2 to 24; at 4 pm a show will be organized by the children of the kindergarten and primary school of the village; at 7.30 pm the Enogastromic Stand offers, among many dishes, fried frogs and gnocchi alla Mottese; the evening of dancing, with free admission, will be with the Diego Zamboni Band and at 11pm the election of Miss Fioraia 2018 is scheduled. Sunday, April 8th, from 9am to 7pm, is the moment of the great nursery show that deals with and animates all the streets and squares of Motta, together with the exhibition of artistic craftsmanship and the excellence of the agri-food industry. The day will also feature the flag bearers and musicians "Gli Alfieri", the historical group "Asinari", and the circus school "Chapitombolo". At 10.30 Pino Milenr presents his book "The man with the harmonica" and historical films will also be presented by Claudio Solaro. The Food and Wine Stand offers lunch from 12 o'clock in the company of the music of Enzo and Massimo with Sonia De Castelli. In the afternoon there will also be a performance of the Costigliolese Band, the Moda & Boquets fashion show and the cooking competition for adults with the chef Diego Bongiovanni. At 4.30 pm the Motta Flora Award 2018 will be presented and at 5.30 pm the expected Fiordaliso concert will take place, with free admission.
