The fifth edition of the event organized by Ais Piemonte "Abaccabianca", which this time moves from Asti to Vignale Monferrato, is scheduled for Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 May (from 11 to 19). The event, dedicated to the excellence of Piedmont white wines, will be held at Palazzo Callori: an opportunity to discover all the different varieties of white grape varieties present in the region.

At the tasting counters there will be proposals from 180 companies, with the sommeliers of AIS Piemonte to talk about the products. As for food pairings, there is a food area with dishes from 9 Piedmontese restaurants. The “guest” wine will be Verdicchio. Among the insights, "The terroir of Moscato d'Asti Docg and" Vermouth".
