Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May returns the "Sagra degli In" to Cossano Belbo and for two days the country will become animated with a rich program that offers the local enogastronomy and artistic shows. Celebrating the suffix "In" can be tasted the Tajarin, the Ravioli al plin, the Salamin, the Trifolin, the flour of the Mulin and the Furmentin: precious local protagonists of the dinner of Saturday evening and of the lunch of Sunday, to taste through a walk in the historical center of the village.

“The teacher of the Italian pizza” Gabriele Bonci from the 6.30 pm of Saturday will cook different greediness with the flour of the mill while the country will be in party, waiting for the pyrotechnic show in music. Sunday 17, assembly of old scooter and, besides the lunch in the historical center, the novelty of this year: a tasting of four dishes combined to four excellent wines. Will be proposed: the Tagliere di salumi di Langa with Favorita Langhe DOC, Risotto with Alta Langa DOCG, Coscai di Maiale in crosta di pane all’enkir, Nocciole Piemonte IGP with Moscato d’Asti DOCG. The "Raced of the Patins", the show of falconry and so many street artists complete the program of thi event. The entry is free but to enjoy some enogastronomical proposals must be spent the "SAGRIN" (1 sagrin corresponds to 1 Euro).
