The annual International White Truffle Fair of Alba is inaugurated on Friday 6 October, a great showcase for the high quality food and wine and the Italian excellences that will animate the city and the surrounding area until November 25th. Every Saturday and Sunday the World Market of the White Truffle of Alba will open with its Alba Truffle Show: the show cooking space with the great chefs, the Sensory Analysis of the Truffle, the Wine Tasting Experience®, twinning with territories of excellence enogastronomica and "marriages of taste" in the hills of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato together with guests, meetings and debates. And then the Salotto of Tastes and Perfumes, art exhibitions, folklore and historical re-enactments and also the Alba Truffle Bimbi, the pavilion dedicated to children and their families.
